Why should I work with just one Realtor?

It is best that you work with just one Realtor because you need someone
who will be working in your best interest.   If you jump from Realtor to
to Realtor, you don't have anyone working just for you.  And, the Realtor
you choose to work with will be constantly working in you your best
interest.

Your Realtor will be constantly looking for just the right home for you
and they have access to information before you will and they will call
you the minute that a property meeting your wants and needs becomes
available.  

Your Realtor will be able to advise you and get you pre-qualified so that
you won't have any surprises or disappointments in the end.

Working with one Realtor makes it possible for that Realtor to recognize
what style home you want and prevent you from wasting your time
"Spinning your wheels".

Remember, a Realtor is only going to be as loyal to you as you are to
them!
